Discover the life-changing power of Breathwork with Breathless master instructor Brad Levey. This weekly session is designed as a weekly reset – allowing you space to let go of the stress of the week and reset your nervous system. It will also include some cool information and techniques which can be useful for finding your zen. 

Join us as we explore different aspects of the breath each week. Delving into aspects of functional breathing for better health, sports performance, super-ventilation, breath holds and of course the fireworks of fast breathing such as breakthrough breathwork. Backed by science, it’s a practical yet mystical practice as you are intimately intertwined between breathing out and letting yourself be breathed in.

Brad Levey is the founder of Boundless Breath – Brad is a father of four and a Master Breathwork instructor, Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner / Coach and Energy healer. Brad has a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves through subconscious change as well as mind and somatic practices and specialises in helping people with anxiety based issues.

Brad discovered the true power of the breath when he was going through his own life journey and is committed to helping others find the power of their breath. Brad has a kind and heartwarming nature and has dedicated the last 4 years of his life to helping others overcome the obstacles they face in life. Brad provides a safe and nurturing space which allows people to have the experience they want to have.
