Discover the life-changing power of Breathwork with Breathless master instructor Brad Levey. This weekly session is designed as a weekly reset – allowing you the space to let go of the stress of the week and reset your nervous system. You will step into a profound, empowering space where you will be guided on an immersive breathwork journey complete with inspirational music, hot cocao (hot chocolate with extra zing) and some powerful and inspiring techniques for finding your zen. 

Join us as we explore pivotal aspects of the breath each week. Delving into aspects of functional breathing for better health, breathing for sports performance, breathing to improve the nervous system, the benefits of super-ventilation and breath holds and of course, the fireworks of breakthrough breathwork. Backed by science, breakthrough breathwork is a practical yet mystical practice as you are intimately intertwined between breathing out and letting yourself be breathed in.

Brad Levey is the founder of Boundless Breath – Brad is a father of four, and a Master Breathwork instructor, Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner / Coach, and Energy healer. Brad has a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves through subconscious change as well as mind and somatic practices.

Brad discovered the true power of the breath when he was going through his own life journey and is committed to helping others find the power of their breath. Brad has a kind, heartwarming nature and has dedicated the last 4 years of his life to helping others overcome the obstacles they face in life.
