About the event

Discover the life-changing power of Breathwork with Breathless master instructor Brad Levey. This weekly session is designed as a weekly reset – allowing you space to let go of the stress of the week and reset your nervous system. It will also include some cool information and techniques which can be useful for finding your zen.

Join us as we explore different aspects of the breath each week. Delving into aspects of functional breathing for better health, sports performance, super-ventilation, breath holds and of course the fireworks of fast breathing such as breakthrough breathwork. Backed by science, it’s a practical yet mystical practice as you are intimately intertwined between breathing out and letting yourself be breathed in.

Step into an extraordinary experience and explore the power of breath – it’s right under our noses and available to everyone. Decades of scientific research indicate the benefits of breathwork can include:

  • Reduced stress, anxiety or depression
  • Improved deep sleep
  • Enhanced cardiovascular performance
  • Improved respiratory function
  • Increased energy levels
  • Enhanced immunity recovery/resilience
  • and even reduced pain levels

Breath can be used as a bridge to help you to find a place of ease and grace – helping your body to switch from a state of stress to a state of rest.

Breath is intrinsically connected to our physiology – the way we breathe affects every aspect of our health from our heart rate, to our digestion, cortisol levels, oxygen levels and even where our body sends blood flow to. A breathworks practice can help you to:

  • Balances the Autonomic Nervous System: Regular breathwork helps maintain a balanced nervous system, enhancing overall well-being.
  • Activates your Parasympathetic Nervous System: Breathwork stimulates the "rest and digest" response, counteracting the stress response.
  • Regulate Heart rate and blood pressure: Controlled breathing lowers heart rate and blood pressure, promoting relaxation.
  • Reduce cortisol levels: Breathwork decreases the stress hormone cortisol, helping to alleviate anxiety.
  • Enhances Oxygen Flow: Increased oxygen flow reduces physical tension and promotes calmness.
  • Promotes Mindfulness: Focusing on breath brings awareness to the present moment, reducing stress and anxiety. Join thousands of people experiencing the benefits of breathwork and let your breath set you free.

Breathwork is an umbrella term describing a wide range of conscious breathing practices which promote awareness, self-regulation and profound personal transformation with the intention of enhancing inner peace, health and wellbeing.

Breathing, beyond the basic need for survival, acts as a bridge between spirit, mind, and body; between the conscious and the subconscious. “Breakthrough Breathwork” is one of the quickest ways to open the heart and energise the body. A Breakthrough Breathwork session can be a transformational experience filled with release in which you can let go of negative feelings and trauma.
